More plants

My Campari tomato plant seems to be doing well. It has lots of green leaves, anyway. But it has been 3 months and that's all it has. I don't know when it is supposed to start producing tomatoes. I must have patience, I guess.

I had some more Campari tomatoes that were starting to shrivel (I think I buy too many at a time). I cut 3 of those in half and planted them. If they grow, great. If I get a good crop of tomatoes, I won't have to buy any for a while. It will be nice when it is finally warm enough to put the tomato plants outside. We've still got a couple months before that happens, though.

The celery root end I planted earlier this month is really starting to leaf out. It would be great if it actually makes a whole new celery plant.

I bought some herbs in pots, basil and thyme. I'm too impatient to grow them from seed, though I plan to do that, too. I got them at the local farmer's co-op, where they take good care of their plants. I hope I can do the plants justice.

While I was at the farmer's co-op, I bought a small hyacinth plant for my mom for Easter. I just had to keep it alive (and away from my cat) for one night. Now it is my mom's responsibility to keep alive.
