My store-bought rosemary is still alive. It appears to thrive on neglect. And I think I heard somewhere that it likes its soil to dry out somewhat between waterings, so we get along quite nicely.
The garlic I started from a few cloves still has shoots. I'm not sure at what point it will be ready to harvest. I don't know if I'll ever see anything but shoots above the ground. At some point, I may want to transplant each plant (I have 3) into it's own container.
The Campari tomatoes I started from actual tomatoes are doing well. I have lots of green leaves, which I assume is a good sign. I don't know when I'll actually get tomatoes. I may want to transfer the tomato plant to a larger pot at some point, maybe a hanging basket.
I went to Lowe's the other day and found potting soil, something that seems scarce around here this time of year. I also bought a little herb-starting greenhouse. I haven't started anything yet, though.
